why this exists

getting pixel art animations into mp4 was more annoying than it should be.

aseprite does not support mp4 exports, and the online gif/png to mp4 converters i tried were not made for pixel art. the result was always a deepfried mp4.

pixelartmp4 is the tool i wanted for that one job: drop in png frames or a gif, keep the scaling sharp, and get a clean mp4 for instagram, youtube, tiktok, or anything really.
